We are Hiring and looking to fill the following positions:

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The graphic designer will be charged with conceptualization, and development of designs for print and video works.
The incumbet should possess the following:
  • Excellent design skills using design software such as Adobe illustrator, Photoshop and related design applications
  • Passionate about graphic design
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment
  • Knowledge of video graphics will be added advantage
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a busy graphic design environment
  • At least a diploma in graphic design

OPERATIONS OFFICER

The operations officer will be in charge of Administration, Human Resource Development, Accounting and procurement.
The incumbet should possess the following:
  • Experience working in a medium sized company in as an administrator or Human resource development
  • Must have basic accounting and book keeping skills (qualification in accounting courses will be added advantage but not mandatory)
  • Must have experience in Human resource development and management
  • Must have excellent customer relations and service skills
  • Ability to use basic accounting software such as Quick books
  • Proficiency in the use of email communication, and MS office suite
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a busy midsized company (Working in a media company will be an added advantage but not mandatory)
  • At least a diploma in Human resource or administration

INTERNS

Niusline media provides opportunities to students undertaking communication training at tertiary level to gain practical experience in Public relations, social media, photography, video production and graphic design.
The positions attract a minimal transport allowance and therefore applicants are expected to cater for their own accommodation, meals and insurance while working in the company.
The positions are offered for a period of 3 months non –renewable contracts.
Applicants should possess the following:
  • Have a broad understanding of Visual communication
  • Have excellent analytical skills
  • Have a creative mind
  • Have excellent writing skills
  • Have excellent skills in MS office and internet research
  • Be open minded and a quick learner
  • Be available to undertake the internship for 3 months without any leave or days off.
  • Have excellent work ethics and work place etiquette
  • Be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
  • Knowledge on web management, graphic design, script writing, photography, and video production & editing will be an added advantage.
  • No experience is required for this position
